Notice of Public Hearing - Simple Subdivision 2024-01

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Idaho Code §67-6513, in accordance with the notice and hearing provisions provided under section 67-6509, Idaho Code, and Lewis County Subdivision Ordinance #99-1, that the Lewis County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 17th at 6:30 pm at the Lewis County Courthouse, 510 Oak Street, Nezperce, Idaho.  Public comment is being sought on the following issues:

  • Simple Subdivision 2024-01: Travis and Barbara Dunn have requested a Simple Subdivision for parcel number RP32N02W137210 ,65 acres located on Dunn Good Lane. They are requesting to split off three (3), 1.5-acre parcels and give one (1) to each of their three (3) children. Situated in Lewis County, State of Idaho, to wit:

A tract of land, Section Thirteen, Township Thirty-Two North (32N), Two West (2W), Boise Meridian, 65 AC, East 1072.5’ of the SE Lewis County, ID.

All site-specific land use requests are to be considered Quasi-Judicial.

All comments verbal and written are welcome.  A copy of the application and other items being considered during the Public Hearings are available at the Lewis County Planning and Zoning Office at the Courthouse, 510 Oak Street, Room #7, Nezperce, Idaho. You can also email pzw@lewiscountyid.org  or call 208-937-2380 to request a packet.

Written Testimony will be allowed if received by 5 p.m. Tuesday July 16th, 2024 in the Planning and Zoning Office. You can email your comments to pzw@lewiscountyid.org or mail comments to the Lewis County P & Z office 510 Oak St. Rm. 7 Nezperce, ID  83543.  Length of oral testimony may be limited to three minutes for each person.
