NOTICE OF CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Idaho Code §67-6512, in accordance with the notice and hearing provisions provided under section 67-6509, Idaho Code, and Lewis County Zoning and Development Ordinance #97-2, that the Lewis County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October  9th, 2024, at 7:30 pm. at the Lewis County Courthouse, 510 Oak Street, Nezperce, Idaho.  Public comment is being sought on the following:

  • Conditional Use Permit 2024-02: Tyler Patrick has requested a Conditional Use Permit for parcel number RP34N02E133600 approximately 120 acres, for his established Federal  Firearms License business.

 A tract of land, Section Thirteen  (13), Township Thirty-Four North (34N), Range Two (2) East, Boise Meridian, 120 acres SWNW, W1/2SW in Lewis County Idaho.

All site-specific land use requests are to be considered Quasi-Judicial.

All comments verbal and written are welcome. A copy of the application and other items being considered during the Public Hearings are available at the Lewis County Planning and Zoning Office at the Courthouse, 510 Oak Street, Room #7, Nezperce, Idaho. You can also email pz@lewiscountyid.org  or call 208-937-2380 to request a packet.

Written Testimony will be allowed if received by 5 p.m. Tuesday October 8th, 2024, in the Planning and Zoning Office. You can email your comments to pz@lewiscountyid.org or mail comments to the Lewis County P & Z office 510 Oak St Rm 1 Nezperce, ID  83543.  Length of oral testimony may be limited to three minutes for each person.
