otice is hereby given that pursuant to Idaho Code §67-6512, in accordance with
the notice and hearing provisions provided under section 67-6509, Idaho Code, and Lewis County Zoning and Development Ordinance #97-2, that the Lewis County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at
7:00 p.m. at the Lewis County Courthouse, 510 Oak Street, Nezperce, Idaho.
Public comment is being sought on the following:
- An application for Simple Subdivision #2022-03: Rob McHone has requested a
Simple Subdivision for parcel# RP34N02W320610 164.7 acres located at Benedict Road and Sandhill Road Winchester Idaho. He is requesting to split it into four parcels with acreages of approximately 11.97, 10.03, 19.29 and 107.10. The parcel is located within the Area of Impact for the City of Winchester. Situated in Lewis County, State of Idaho, to wit:
