Public Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Idaho Code ยง67-6513, in accordance with the notice and hearing provisions provided under section 67-6509, Idaho Code, and Lewis County Subdivision Ordinance #99-1, that the Lewis County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold (2) Public Hearings on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at 7:30 pm at the Lewis County Courthouse, 510 Oak Street, Nezperce, Idaho. Public comment is being sought on the following issues:

  • An application for Simple Subdivision #2022-01: Greg Zenner has requested a Simple Subdivision for parcel # RP34N02W356600 40 acres located on Shortcut Road. He is requesting to split it into four, 10 acre parcels to sell as homesites. Situated in Lewis County, State of Idaho, to wit:
    • A tract of land, Section Thirty-five (35), Township Thirty-four North (34N), Range Two (2) West, Boise Meridian, 40 acres lots 27 and 28 Lewis, County Idaho
  • An application for Simple Subdivision #2022-02: Greg Zenner has requested a Simple Subdivision for parcel # RP33N02W010710 166.9919 acres located at Hwy 95 and Cold Springs Road. He is requesting to split out parcels of approximately 9.53 acres and 19.76 acres for homesites to sell, that would leave a remainder of approximately 137.70 acres that will stay as farm ground.
    • A tract of land, Section One (1), Township Thirty-Three North (33N), Range Two (2) West, Boise Meridian, 166.9919 acres Lots 3-4 N of Old HWY (LESS TAX#E-116 AND E-230) , Lots 5-12, Lots 13-14 N of Old HWY Lewis, County Idaho

All site-specific land use requests are to be considered Quasi-Judicial

The Commission reserves the right to set a time limit of three minutes on testimony.
