Lewis County Planning and Zoning Commission
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Idaho Code §67-6512, in accordance with the notice and hearing provisions provided under section 67-6509, Idaho Code, and Lewis County Development Ordinance #97-2, that the Lewis County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 18, 2020, at 7:30 p.m. at the Lewis County Courthouse, 510 Oak Street, Nezperce, Idaho. Public comment is being sought on the following issues:
- Conditional-use #2020-04 application for AirBridge Broadband. They are requesting to allow a 40 foot telecommunications/internet tower on Parcel #RP34N02W085405 owned by Jason Davis.
- Variance #2020-01 application for Airbridge Broadband to allow a 40 foot telecommunications/internet tower on Parcel # RP34N02W085405 owned by Jason Davis to be closer to the adjoining property line than the setbacks in the Development Ordinance Amendment for Telecommunication Towers 2002-08 allow. The Property address is 2211 Winchester Rd. It is currently zoned multi-use agricultural.

A tract of !and, Section Eight (8), Township Thirty-four North (34N), Range Two (2) West, Boise Meridian, West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 (less Tax #H-80) 1 acre road. Lewis, County Idaho
All site-specific land use requests are to be considered Quasi-Judicial.

A copy of the application and other items being considered during the Public Hearing are available at the Lewis County Planning and Zoning Office at the Courthouse, 510 Oak Street, Room #7, Nezperce, Idaho. Written Testimony will be allowed if received by 5 p.m. Tuesday, November 17, 2020, in the Planning and Zoning Office. Length of oral testimony may be limited to three minutes for each person.
