Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Idaho Code §67-6512, in accordance with the notice and hearing provisions provided under section 67-6509, Idaho Code, and Lewis County Zoning and Development Ordinance #97-2, that the Lewis County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, at 7:30 p.m. at the Lewis County Courthouse, 510 Oak Street, Nezperce, Idaho. Public comment is being sought on the following issues:
- Conditional-use #2021-02: Mark Hand has applied for a Conditional-use permit for Parcels# RP33N01E263605 12.65 acres and RP33N01E264355 38.35 acres, to create a Rifle/Handgun range for a youth shooting sports program.
Situated in Lewis County, State of Idaho, to wit: A tract of land, Section Twenty-six (26), Township Thirty-three North (33N), Range East (1) West, Boise Meridian, Tax# D-108 12.65 acres and Tax# D-109 38.35 acres, Lewis, County Idaho.
All site-specific land use requests are to be considered Quasi-Judicial.
All comments verbal and written are welcome. A copy of the application and other items being considered during the Public Hearings are available at the Lewis County Planning and Zoning Office at the Courthouse, 510 Oak Street, Room #7, Nezperce, Idaho.
